Read the governing terms and technical usage agreements established for hosting allocations inside NoctisCloud.
By creating an account, deploying server nodes, or utilizing any hosting service offered by NoctisCloud Family, the operator agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, node provisioning will be automatically terminated.
Operators must provide accurate credentials when deploying nodes. Account verification may be triggered dynamically to mitigate bot access. The operator is solely responsible for access keys, root passwords, and database access credentials.
All hosting nodes allocated to the client must be used only for lawful purposes. Violations will result in immediate suspension without warning. Prohibited operations include:
Hosting instances are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. Outstanding balances must be settled within three (3) days of the invoice date. If an invoice remains unpaid, the server node will be powered off. Data deletion occurs seven (7) days post-suspension.
While NoctisCloud maintains storage parity and redundant server arrays, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to execute local configuration backups. NoctisCloud is not liable for data loss or service degradation resulting from configuration issues inside the client's VPS operating systems.
