Money-Back Guarantee

NoctisCloud offers a seven (7) days money-back guarantee for first-time virtual private server node deployments. If the server node fails to meet performance expectations or RTT latency metrics, operators are eligible to request a refund.

Exempt Products & Services

Certain allocations are non-refundable due to license acquisitions and dedicated resources. Non-refundable services include:

• Purchased Domain Name registrations and domain transfers.
• Dedicated server hosting nodes (allocated specifically for client operations).
• System control panel add-on licenses (e.g. cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS).

Abuse Suspensions Exclusion

If a client node is suspended or terminated due to an Acceptable Use Policy violation (such as launching outbound DDoS attacks, running cryptomining scripts, or malware distribution), all refund rights are permanently forfeited.

Submitting Requests

To request a refund under these parameters, open a billing ticket through the Client Portal or submit a secure signal to our support mail gateway: CONTACT_EMAIL. Refund requests are processed within five (5) business days.
