Uptime Commitment

NoctisCloud guarantees a 99.9% network and hardware hyper-visor uptime availability rate during any calendar month. Hardware maintenance notifications are sent at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.

Latency Commitments

We guarantee core network latency routing within target bounds:

  • Sri Lanka (Colombo Node): < 15 ms
  • Singapore Gateway: < 45 ms
  • Europe (Frankfurt Nexus): < 140 ms

Compensation Schedule

If network or hardware availability falls below the 99.9% threshold, operators are eligible to apply for billing credits. Credits are calculated based on monthly subscription costs as follows:

Agreement Exclusions

SLA credit compensation does not apply to service downtime resulting from:

  • Customer-managed software errors, kernel modifications, or misconfigured web firewalls.
  • Force Majeure events or upstream fiber link cuts outside of NoctisCloud router borders.
  • Scheduled maintenance windows that have been broadcasted via standard telemetry alerts.
