NoctisCloud guarantees a 99.9% network and hardware hyper-visor uptime availability rate during any calendar month. Hardware maintenance notifications are sent at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.
We guarantee core network latency routing within target bounds:
If network or hardware availability falls below the 99.9% threshold, operators are eligible to apply for billing credits. Credits are calculated based on monthly subscription costs as follows:
