Understand how NoctisCloud Family operates network telemetry logging, customer databases, and Privacy Shield frameworks.
To optimize server speeds, routing paths, and bandwidth usage, NoctisCloud captures minimal telemetry from active users. This includes operator IP addresses, device user agents, and latency logs during ping tests.
Contact gateway submissions, newsletter subscriptions, and account portal logins are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL). We enforce database isolation to prevent cross-container leaks between hosting nodes.
NoctisCloud utilizes local session variables and functional cookies to track active control panel states and menu layout selections. We do not transmit tracking metrics to third-party ad networks.
NoctisCloud Family complies with the principles of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield regarding the collection, processing, and transfer of personal metrics across trans-atlantic database clusters.
At any time, operators have the right to request a copy of their telemetry records, update contact gateway entries, or request permanent deletion of database credentials from NoctisCloud servers.
